Job Description
We are currently seeking a nurturing and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to join our dedicated team at Learnex Collage. Our preschool provides a warm and supportive environment where children can thrive and develop foundational skills for lifelong learning.
Responsibilities:
* Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and lessons aligned with the preschool curriculum.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development.
* Maintain open communication with parents and caregivers regarding their child’s progress and daily activities.
* Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in the preschool setting.
* Collaborate effectively with co-teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational experience for children.
Requirements:

- Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Previous experience working with young children in a preschool or childcare setting is preferred.
- Strong understanding of early childhood development principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage positively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching young children.
